Three Star Books was founded in the early twenty-first century by Christophe Boutin,
Cornelia Lauf, and Melanie Scarciglia. Its goal is to publish handmade, luxuriously
produced, limited book editions by the very finest contemporary artists. The term «book»
is used loosely, as the objects often exceed the physical and conceptual parameters
of book publishing. Highly crafted, hand-made, and produced with the finest globally sourced
materials, each creation is realized through the precise designs of its author in
close editorial and design collaboration with Three Star Books.
