PRIVACY AND TERMS OF USE
SHIPPING
The client is responsible for all packing and shipping charges, including import taxes and fees when requested.
Insurance of the works is the sole responsibility of the client upon shipment from Three Star Books.
If the product is lost or you notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us with photos of the damages on the box and product(s). Three Star Books does not hold responsibility for a package damaged during transit. We offer the option of exchanging the damaged product for another edition, under the conditions that a replacing product is available. In the case of an exchange the customer is accountable for the payment of additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please contact us within 30 days of reception if you wish to return any items.
For packages that are not cashed within 14 days, Three Star Books reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
